Leo served time in Moundsville State Prison in 1926 for bootlegging. He was also married when he married Maggie on Aug 16, 1919. John Nelson Stiles, Maggie's father paid $100.00 to have the marriage annulled. After getting a divorce Leo and Maggie were remarried on Feb 15, 1925.

Denzil Bay Williams, 91, of Worthington passed away on Wednesday February 11, 2009 in Fairmont following an extended illness. Mr. Williams was born October 28, 1917 in Braxton County a son of the late George Williams and Lucy Allen Williams. He is survived by 3 daughters; Carolyn Davis of Fairview, Patti Blare and husband Gary of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Kathy Cooper and Husband Rick of Dublin, VA; one son Donald Williams and wife Karen of Fairmont; 8 grandchildren; D. J. Williams of Morgantown, Kim Dunn and husband Bill of Fairmont, Beth Ann Speilman and her husband Rick of Fairmont, Robin Dodson and husband Roger of Dover Delaware, Christy Kelley and husband Dennis of Proctorville, OH., Dawn Richardson and husband James of Mooresville, NC, Danielle Asher and husband Jeff of Wilmington, NC, and Jacob Hess of Dublin VA. 17 Great grandchildren and 12 Great-great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, June Williams who passed away on January 15, 2009. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Imogene Williams; 3 brothers, Warren Williams, Lawrence Williams, and Gordon Williams; 2 sisters, Mabel Morgan and Beulah Blue. Mr. Williams retired from Consol as a coal miner and was Methodist by faith. He enjoyed woodworking, working in his yard, hunting and fishing. Family and friends may call at the Dorsey Funeral Home, Shinnston from 2-8PM on Friday, February 13, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00PM, February 14, 2009 with Pastor Larry D. Buckland presiding. Interment will be in the Enterprise Cemetery. In addition to flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1299 Pineview Drive, Suite 3, Morgantown, WV 26505.
