Isaac and John traded property that they had received from their step father when he passed. Sarah could not cohabitate with her mother in law so brothers traded property and John and Lora took over the property with the house where their mother Elvira was living.
This deed made this 16th day of January, 1907 between Isaac A. Stiles and Sarah Stiles his wife of the county of Harrison and state of West Virginia parties of the first part, and John N. Stiles of the same county and state party of the second part, WITNESSETH, That in consideration of one dollar in hand paid and certain real estate this day conveyed to said Isaac A. Stiles by John N. Stiles and wife the said parties of the first part do with covenants of general warranty convey to said party of the second part the following described real estate laying in said county of Harrison on Big Bingamon Creek - (this part
missing) cover all the right and interest there in (this part missing) has or may hereafter have under the last will and testament of David M. Morrow now deceased 28th day of March, 1903 and (this part missing) in the proper office of said Harrison county--, to-wit: lot NO 1, in and of the partition of land made in the chancery suit of David M. Morrow versus Elizabeth C. Holderman and others on the 15th day of September 1892, by the Circuit Court of the county of Harrison and state of West Virginia and described and bounded as follows: Beginning at a white walnut (gone) on the bank of the road near the creek and corner to Sena J. Fortney-thence N. 49 1/4 W. 6 poles to an oak (gone)- thence N. 88 1/4 W. 15 1/2 poles to a black oak stump corner to David G. Heldreth and Sena J. Fortney - thenc N. 68 1/4 W. 58 poles to a stone in line of said Heldreth and thence S. 25 1/2 W. 26 poles to a stone -thence S. 55 E. 68 1/2 poles to the middle of the creek - thence N. 39 1/4 E. 34 poles to a red oak gone - thence N. 50 E. 6 1/2 poles to the beginning containing fifteen and five - eighth acres. Reserving herein one-half of all the oil and gas that may be produced from under the surace there of. Reserving and excepting the rights and privileges here to fore granted in the sale of the Pittsburg seam of coal by said Morrow.

Obituary
STILES. I. Alburn Stiles, 67, a farmer of Long Run, died May 1, 1940, at a Clarksburg hospital after a long illness of Bright's disease. The funeral was held at 2 p. m. Saturday in the U. B. church at Long Run and interment took place at Enterprise I.O.O.F. cemetery.
Mr. Stiles was born October 1, 1873 in Marion county, a son of Wesley and Elvira Thomas Stiles. He married Sarah Ashcraft of Wyatt 47 years ago. She survives with seven daughters, as follows:
Mrs. M. E. Fortney and Mrs. Harry Mathena [sic] of Enterprise; Mrs. Worth Johnson and Mrs. Aubrey Iser of Shinnston; Mrs. Fred Bice, of Bice Run; Mrs. Charles Ogden of Long Run; and Mrs. Reed Baber of Oak Point. One brother, John Stiles of Long Run; a half brother, Will Davis of Fairmont; two half sisters, Mrs. Wm. Shultz of Detroit and Mrs. Mary Ellen Ice of Fairmont, and 27 grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.

Law Suit by John Stiles and his sister Elizabeth Moore
Since a deed was not recorded when Stephen transferred the property in Marion County to his children, John and Elizabeth, a suit was brought in Chancery Court of Marion County with John and Elizabeth as Plaintiffs naming all the brothers and sisters and spouses as defendants registered in Chancery Order Book of 1882-1885 Pages 107-109 dated 17 July 1883. By deed with Special Warrant to the complainant, Elizabeth Moore 70 acres of land on Pyles Fork of Buffalo Creek all rights and title interest and estate which the infant John L. Stiles has right, commissioners appointed by the Court where John W. McCoy and James Morrow Jr. (Deed recorded Marion County on 26 June 1889 Deed Book 22 pages 213/214.
Also John Stiles was deeded by commissioner appointed by the court, John W. McCoy 140 acres belonging to Stephen Stiles, deceased, in suit with Heirs in law. One Hundred and forty acres located on Pyles Fork of Buffalo Creek in Marion County bought from Isaac Horner on Jun 5, 1867, Deeded 26 June 1889 to John Stiles, Marion Count Deed Book 22 page 213/214,
